He has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in major public and private corporations, including as General Counsel to the Southern California operations of General Dynamics Corporation. In these highly responsible roles, he gained significant first hand experience with business organizations, transactions, government relations, financing and compliance work (including Sarbanes-Oxley and Rule 403), legal auditing of business processes, worked closely with management to establish and improve processes and conducted training to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, regulations, business ethics and policies. He has served as corporate secretary and as a director of a publicly traded company. Memberships: State Bars of Washington, the District of Columbia and California. Admitted to the Bars of ten U.S. District Courts, the 1st, 8th and 9th U.S. Courts of Appeal, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court.
